​How Do I Place A Wholesale Order?

 

We do supply retail shops wholesale. Please send an email to craftybeach@gmail.com or contact us through our contact page on the website requesting a wholesale catalogue.

 

What are my payment Options?

For EFT payment kindly note the following:

- You have 24h to pay & send us proof of payment.

- If you don't pay in time, we'll cancel the order on your behalf.

If you wish to pay cash into the Crafty Beach bank account, the bank charges will be for your account. You will be required to make a further payment to cover the cost of a cash deposit fee.

Nature of Handmade Products

All our products are handmade. Due to the nature of reclaimed wood each product may vary slightly.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However all digital screens/monitors vary and we can not guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Shipping & Delivery Information

 

Please note all products are made on placement of orders. Production commence on receipt of payment. Our factory lead time is 8 business working days. We will keep you updated about the progress of your order.

Crafty Beach offers flat rate shipping of R80 anywhere within South Africa excl. PO Boxes. Free Shipping applies to all orders over R750. Shipping is via the Courier Guy. Delivery takes place within 4-8 working days from the date you receive our Order completion e-mail. All parcels are trackable.

Returns & Refunds

 

We are happy to exchange good, please note that the customer will be liable for the shipping costs incl. both collection & delivery. The cost will be deducted from your credit due.

 

You have 7 days from purchase date to contact us about an exchange or incorrect order. Please note: Products need to be returned in their original purchased condition. Products will not be regarded as defective where the fault in the Product stems from negligence or damage arise from improper care. If we are satisfied the product is defective, you have the option of having the product repaired or replaced or to be refunded.

Refunds will be made by crediting your original method of payment within 14 days from the date the product has been returned to us.

If you paid via EFT we will require proof of your banking details. No cash refunds will ever be made.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
